Just how the hell does this man expect to get any respect from his players now when he is the man that is supposed to lead by example. For me Pardew has just completely overstepped the mark, I think at the very least he should admit that he's got a problem and look about booking some anger management classes. It's bad enough when you see players acting like thugs but 10 times worse in my opinion when it comes from the manager.
Newcastle has always prided itself on being a family club but I fear that image has been tarnished for good now. Sir Bobby Robson was a true gentleman, shame that people like him are getting fewer and fewer these days as it appears to me that being an out of control hothead seems to be the fashion now.
From what I heard he has agreed to attend anger management courses. He did wrong in losing his temper and as a manager, in a position of authority he should be setting an example. That said, he is human. Although not intentional, the player did barge into him but did not deserve the implied headbutt but I think a bit of perspective is required from the media who are like a pack of wolves feeding on the hysteria that they perpetuate. He has been fined heavily, warned about future conduct and sanctioned by club and authority. The embarrassing publicity will hopefully teach him a lesson on control.
Alan pardew deserves it. Didn't he barge in to linesmen before and had spat with wenger. He only got the Newcastle job and year later 8 year contract as he's a good friend of the owner mike Ashley.

They're not pointless. World Cup is around the corner. It's important Hodgkin can experiment and see who can get in international squad. Example lallana and shaw had decent impact in the game
Man United have been rubbish for good few years. The standard of the premier league has also dropped that's why they won league last year. Only this season that Mourinho and pellegrini are showing signs of improvement. Plus big credit Rodgers. Liverpool are the barca of epl with their attacking brand of football. It's end of era for United. Happens to all big teams.
I think Man United are going to have to be very busy in the transfer market in the summer.
Money doesn't buy success. You need decent manager and good technical director. United don't have either

hahaha pmsl, Liverpool the Barca of the epl??????? I hadn't realised that Barca finished 7th last season. Obviously United have been rubbish for a good few years and yes its the end of an era. No chance they might rebuild in the summer then?
The rest of the EPL has been far worse in letting such a poor team win so many trophies as have quite a few of the top teams in Europe who have been beaten by such a shit team over the years
Are you united fans going to right Moyes a letter of apology in return for all the negative things said about him over the last few weeks after todays win?

When have I said anything negative about him. I keep saying he needs to be given at least until next season to make the team his own before he is judged. If you want to point fingers what happened with you and all your criticism of Suarez. Seem to recall you were saying no matter what he should not be allowed to play for one of the teams you support, back in the summer. You were rather against Rodgers too at one time. Nothing like football to bring out the fickle among us is there
Nice to see Chelsea having a 12th man on the pitch sending off my ass
