I'm surprised Wigan are 12th, I have never seen them spend that much in a transfer window and not even spend over 10 million on a player

arsenal 6th! i thought wenger never spent! is there a list on how much money teams have made by selling players?
Tottenham, spent all that money, alright play some great football at times, but achieved nothing, wonder how long this manager is going to last.
Transfer League Table 2003 – 2010
Just take a look at the table below, Arsenal are 2nd bottom when it comes to Money spent on players.
Is this something to be proud about?.. That the club has been able to fight at the top end of the table without spending big.
Or is this the reason to why we have not won anything since 2005?…Lack of investment and nothing to show in 5 years apart from a good set of balance books.
Since 2003 Arsenal have spent £143,050,000 on new players, Money received from Players sold £148,170,000. Thats a Profit of -£5,120,000… So on Ave Arsenal “MAKE” £640,000 each summer on Transfer signings
Now lets compare that to the other EPL teams.

yep! and look at arsenal. the money in red is profit, it's staggering!
So does the chart prove that Arsenal's policy on how to run a club, isn't working?

here's the premiere league debt table. i think that for arsenal to maintain top four position while moving into and paying for a new ground is remarkable.
and here's a look at wage bills compared to club turnover. it's hardly a level playing field!
man city hav a higher wage bill than their turnover!
