Looks like after that defeat we'll be fighting for one of the play off spots now I would say even with a game in hand, we would have to pretty much make sure we pick up points in every game here on in just to keep in the hunt for the one of play off spots. Well our unbeaten record has gone...
Anyone one else notice just how much ex-Liverpool players dominate the punditry scene now ? It's crazy how many of them are all over our TV's. And so many of them are irritating beyond belief- I'm looking at you Lawrenson. And that twat Phil Thompson, especially.

It looks a decent draw to be honest and looks very even with several non league sides likely to go into round two.
Sepp Blatter's comments on racism and what sanctions that could be imposed. Wonder if the UEFA report that is due on the CSKA incident will follow the same lines?
Doe's anyone one else find it laughable when all these so called pundits Ect label Joe Hart as Number one in the Premier League still??? I find it a fucking joke all these ex football pundits who label him Number one in the league some even referring him as one off the Worlds best goal keepers it's so far from true!
He has lacked any consistency this season it's one bad error to another the fame has totally got to his head i'd say his standards have when and truly gone.
If anyone is the best Goal keeper in the Premier League it's Tim Krul by far and this is not just me saying this because i'm a Geordie it is true.
I'd have Simon Mingloet as Number 2 for best in the PL.
Begovic is by far the best keeper in the league, he could walk in as number 1 in any team in any league, if newcastle signed him Krul would end up on the bench...
Joe Hart is the best English keeper, saying that he does not have much competition.
I don't think Begovic would beat Tim Krul to the number one shirt at Newcastle my friend sadly mistaken. Nor is he the best Keeper in the Premier League!
As for Joe Hart being England's Number one I ain't so sure yes he was but with his performances of late it can't be said anymore. In my book players should be picked on performances and not FAME! So if your going to go of performances so far in the Leagues Fraizer Forster of Celtic is performing the best!
there seems to be a lack of really good keepers about atm, artur boruc is good but he's not really that agile, none of the big teams have very good keepers either really, szcesny could be very good in about 5 years
I'm wondering if Joe didn't use his shampoo before he played yesterday!! Certainly it is a worry to see him making mistakes at the moment, but I have to say he does probably needs a break. Whoever is his England understudy I would say Roy probably would be wise to give them a run out in one of the upcoming friendlies. But let's face all good keepers make the odd mistake and howlers from time to time but I would say that from what I heard for the second goal on 5 live yesterday Joe was probably caught out of position or there was a split second lack of communication between him and the defence.
That's the thing though Roy and everyone else is convinced hart is number one and that means no one will get a chance, Forster has been outstanding for Celtic and even in the CL but he couldn't get a game for England even against San Marino, it's too easy for hart as he knows his never gonna be truly challenged due to continued credit and backing he gets even after his mistakes
