Kinnear: "I will have final say on transfers."

I want to cry. Like this guy is overseeing the style of play, the same guy that managed Wimbledon (the Stoke City of the 90s) and had players like Vinnie Jones known as the "Crazy Gang". Like its dangerous, he's having the final say transfers, like he would probably rather sign Karl Henry than sign a technically gifted player like Cabaye.
I don't know why Ashley does these things, its like he wants to piss off the Newcastle fans intentionally.
Newcastle will be relegated next season as far as I'm concerned.
We have an owner, who looked like he was learning from his mistakes returning to his old habits.
We have a manager that has lost the plot by playing players out of position, not knowing what formation to play on a regular basis and always making embarrassing excuses.
We have a sponsor that appears to be pissing off fans and some players because of its loan shark image.
And now we have Joe Kinnear, who'd probably rather play Carlton Cole than Messi if given the chance.
The club is back to its old bad habits and its going to end in disaster for the club and tears for the fans.
Commentator on Italy v Mexico. 'When Balotelli plays his work rate goes up'.
OK Einstein let me guess...he doesn't play and his work rate goes down!
There is a conspiracy theory floating about that Joe Kinnear's appointment as Newcastle director of football is a plan by Ashley to force Pardew to resign, so Ashley doesn't have to pay compensation by sacking him.
Its weird though that there is no mention of it on the club's website or even Derek Llambias making a statement about the appointment, however I think I'm clutching at straws and its true that Joe Kinnear will be our director of football.

Listening to his interview on SSN,he claims he knows more about the game than most at Newcastle, but looking at his opta stats that's quite an outlandish claim
I can see why Newcastle fans are up in arms
To me Newcastle have signed some good players over the last few years at good prices as well, whoever does the buying already (i have no idea who, is it even Pardew?) should be the person to carry on doing it. Why would you change something that is, buying players wise, going well? Need to improve on the pitch though! lol.
Have no idea why you would, Newcastle have signed some good players recently. Smells dodgy to me.

This is only reason I can think of, why this has happened.
Yet another example where a manager gets the sack on the whims of a owner. Don't managers get to see out their contracts anymore?
dunno why they felt the need to bring back Kinnear, I bet half way through next season pardew quits citing the director of football interfering too much as his reason, yes Newcastle had a poor season but I don't think they need him looking for new players for the manager, the scout carr has been great at judging and bringing in quality players so in my opinion it should have been left as it was.
Just saw Stuart 'Psycho' Pearce to leave his post as U21 coach . What a shame. I think he has done a great job with the kids and it's a shame that they didn't perform in Israel. I would think that Hoddle will take over will England look for a youth coach abroad for different ideas?
