I personally think Mancini's sacking was disrespectful the owners should have waited until the end of the season and decided to sack him. Money doesn't always buy you success, it what's done on the pitch that counts as far as I'm concerned. Yet when you look how loyal Wigan & Everton have been to Moyes & Martinez, and maybe Wenger too at Arsenal, you wonder if you gave a manager a decent amount of time at a club you can get trophies. I wonder now if Mancini will give the Special One a fight for the job at the blues. It is time owners showed managers a bit of loyalty and respect.
I wonder if Gus Poyet will put himself up for the Everton job.

You are wrong 3 times. Man City have 2 matches left and not 1 as you said. They are not already 2nd in the table and still need another point to secure that position. And they did want to wait until the season finished but media speculation made it impossible and they were forced to bring the decision forward.
You know the football world has gone a little bonkers when Pulis and Pardew are on the verge of being the 2nd and 3rd longest serving managers in the Premier League.
Although it remains to be seen if Pardew will be still Newcastle manager next season although looking at various articles its looking likely that he will be.
I don't see the whole uproar over Mancini's sacking. Sure he won the league last season, but considering the amount of money and talent that was brought into the club he only won it on goal difference against a Man United team that wasn't great last season. This season Man City have pretty much surrendered their title in embarrassing fashion and its unacceptable to be what 10 or 12 points behind Man United and pretty much losing the league in February.
Sure he didn't get the players he wanted last summer although the defence looks more solid with Nastastic in defence, but for fuck sake just get on with it. He still pretty much had the same squad as last season and Man City still did not cover themselves in glory in the league and were humiliated in Europe . . . again.
Trying to play 3 at the back as well earlier in the season was stupid considering he didn't have the players in the first place to play this formation.
Pellegrini is a good choice in my view and is tactically better than Mancini and will improve Man City's record in Europe.
This summer is going to be very exciting in terms of the transfer window. With new managers at Man United, Man City and there will be at Chelsea that will want to revamp their squads and Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool as well will also be busy as well in the transfer market. Even outside the Premier League, teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, PSG, Juventus and AC Milan will all be getting busy in the transfer market to improve their squads. If all the major clubs spend and improve their squads then next season could prove to be a very exciting season.

Brendan Rodgers is already 7th in the Premier League. If Wigan get relegated or Roberto Martinez leaves he'll be up to 6th, despite only having been at Liverpool for 1 season.

Have to agree with this. It is a harsh sacking, although I've never been a massive Mancini fan to be honest, but nonetheless Pellegrini will be a top appointment and I'm certain with him in charge (& a few new players I'm sure) they'll put up a much bigger challenge in the league and in Europe
Bad omen for Arsenal tonight . . . . . Mike Dean is referee.
Haha might be bus wankers but they know how to win league championships regularly
Lets see how many you win now Refs are no longer scared of getting Fergusoned lol
