Why do you say that? I am a Man United fan but do not wish to see other British teams lose in Europe. The other teams are rivals for sure but the better these teams are the better United have to be if they hope to match or beat them.
The defence is a worry at the moment but once the likes of Vidic and Smalling are fit that problem will be resolved. The real problem is we have been short of a quality holding midfield playmaker that can take the pressure off the defence for several seasons now. This would support the lesser experienced defenders too that we are having to rely on at the moment. Aging heroes are sadly not the answer, nor is Carrick. Cleverley and Fletcher are more attack minded and I am not convinced that either are back to peak fitness yet. RvP was a great purchase but I am still baffled why we bought Kagawa instead of someone like Vidal or M'vila. Kagawa is a good player but not the type we are desperate for....the cynic in me suggests it must be to do with the Asian market
There are now four managerless teams in Lancashire..
And so far the results have improved..
Well according to Sky Sports News he seriously wants the job even the venkys are not that stupid and not least talk to him seriously
mind you serious of Flitcroft i know he has done well with my local non league team Chorley but to go from there to championship is a joke
Thought Flitcroft would have had higher ambitions .
