Because there sometimes other factors, owners etc, look at Sunderland for example the owners have made that a nearly impossible job for any manager to take or succeed in

Most of the usual suspects including pardew have been give chances at multiple clubs to prove themselves but have failed each and every time, it can't always be the chairmans fault.
Big Sam's been given the Everton job.
...and talking of usual suspects.

A desperate move from Everton given their current form. Let's be honest, notwithstanding their current form, there is absolutely no excuse for a club with big money and big ambitions, to appoint Allardyce.
How many clubs have stayed up under Sam? I feel Pulis has kept up more clubs in PL than Sam has
It's a managerial merry go round of the same old faces.

Then again Pulis was at stoke for like 20 years
so he kept them up for like most of that
Hope Big Sams Luck runs out He is a bit like Harry Redknapp overrated by the media but almost always hated by the fans of the clubs he managed
Just thinking about it...I wonder if that account of Rosie's 'Arry's dog was actually one set up by 'Arry to bug Sam a few given both were investigated for backhanders
His appointment is out of desperation to try and ensure everton do not get relegated and bring stability if possible. They cannot afford to go down so a glamour manager is out of the question. Everton are in a dogfight and need someone who has experience of relegation battles.
