West Ham got a home tie against Bristol City. Ironic considering a couple of weeks ago in the WSL West Ham Ladies lost 3-2 to Bristol City Ladies at home. Well at least it's a chance for us to get revenge for the ladies.
Luton Town's captain Tom Lockyer has collapsed on the pitch with their at Bournemouth.
All the players are off the pitch.
I don't know if it's connected but he had heart surgery earlier this year.
Yes that's right. Tom Lockyer collapsed during Luton's playoff victory and I believe had heart surgery following that.
Sky Sports Soccer Saturday have just said they understand he is alert and responsive following treatment on the field and then inside the stadium.
The match has been officially registered as abandoned and I assume will be replayed at a later time in the season.
Luton have said he had a cardiac arrest and is in hospital and is responsive having tests
Sincerest best wishes to him for a full recovery.
Nottingham Forest have confirmed the sacking of manager Steve Cooper, with former Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo in talks to replace him.
There goes their Premiership status, then.
Nah Nuno is a good manager oe was at wolves spurs seemed to fuck him up like many before him
Problem is, Nottingham Forest aren't a particularly good team in terms of quality but they worked hard for Cooper. I think it's a bad time to change manager during a hectic period of the season with little time in between matches for any new manager to get used to the players.
It's not like they were out of it either. They're still out of the relegation zone five points clear with some decent fixtures coming.
Stupid decision.
