Wont Be 11 as huddersfield had a 20% sell on clause. surprised Rhodes said yes could understand moving to the prem but Boro ok they are near the top with a good chance of going up but still
Just need oxford to knock us out of the cup today to make my mood even better
dont get the logic of rovers sold Gestede in summer along with tom cairney 2 of our best players last season sold Josh King to Bournemouth. we are 17th now and they sell the closest thing we have to a decent striker we score 2 goals in 6 and they were both by Rhodes also sold Martin Olsson to Derby
Dont see us bringing in a lot of players incase of going back into the transfer embargo
Another shocking performance from WBA, not even capable of beating a piss poor league one team, on the evidence of what i witnessed today we are almost certain to get relegated. It,s time to look for a new manager.
Well HannasPet will be happy as Jordan Rhodes' move to Boro has fallen through .

I think pulls has done a decent job, at least your not in villa's position. I think they will win the reply and even though they may sell berahino I still think they will bring in more faces, Sandro is a good find
Probably gonna be a dead deadline day tommorow with just the berahino saga being the only thing interesting

Must admit not sure was devastated yesterday but a Win changes perspective
Always said that would take a lot for Jordan Rhodes to leave the club and thats how it looks.

Looks like you might want to sell in the summer as according to this statement he's wanted to leave for a while , might as well cash in on him while he's worth £11 million .
"The striker travelled to Teesside yesterday to undergo a medical and for discussions over a potential move, but has now returned to Rovers.
"Manager Paul Lambert said: 'After a fee was agreed between the two clubs, Jordan asked to go and speak to Middlesbrough. This is the third window now where he has wanted to go and we felt it was right to give him that opportunity.
"'After securing a good deal for the club, which would have enabled me to rebuild the squad, we allowed him to leave the team hotel on Friday night, but it appears that he could not agree personal terms with Middlesbrough.'"
Lambert is talking a load of bollocks been three windows if he had wanted to leave he would have gone no matter the personal terms
Lambert has already said he wished he had been sold last season when they got a good offer from Hull. He wanted the money from the sale to buy his own players but sorry rather have rhodes a proven goalscorer for rovers than some of the shite he has bought in his past clubs
To be fair Boro are saying the same :
"The club can confirm that we have held talks with Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes over the weekend but have failed to agree terms."
thuavin has gone back to Marseille, really don't get Newcastle's thinking, they should have given the boy time considering they spent a lot of money on him, I remember evra had a torrid start at man united but they still stuck by him and he came good, i just think patience was needed but Newcastle just send him back with not even a full season gone by
