Those who blasted him I hope now will apologise when they now know positive tests were at Watford Deeney did the right thing by his standards

How could they? Those with positive tests aren't allowed to resume training, so how could they pass the virus on to Deeney?
they were asympotoatic so if they havent had the test before they went back into training they would passed it on still a chance the test could have been wrong

But nobody's allowed to go back to training UNLESS they've had a negative test.
Any news on Championship, League 1 and League 2 being brought to an conclusion?
I'd imagine championship will defo habe to be finished anyway

league 2 has ended as no clubs had the money to stage covid games, they have decided the games on a points per game basis so its ended like this so once the EFL agree to it swindon will win the league and not crewe so they swap places, they also want no side sent to the non league but the championship clubs who have the deciding vote on all EFL matters want it to happen so 1 side steveage will go down and Barrow will be back in the league after a long break,
most the teams in league 1 want to do the same but 9 side still want to play including the big 2 Sunderland and Ipswich but most are saying they dont have the money to do it so the ELF/FA may have to decide
championship still looking to play out all there games and may even start up before the premiership
one of the funny things is Swindon may well go bust as there doggy owner has lost a court case so cant now sell the club with out agreeing to give ex footballer Garth Barry 50% of any money he makes, so that would mess everything up
I would agree the championship can't finish their season & think League 1 vote next wee and as far as I know Relegation & promotion will still happen on all levels but for me the issue is it will be a real race against time now to even complete it before next season and to be honest, the Government now has to make it's mind up pretty quickly to give thr go ahead, so all the clubs know where they actually stand and what time frame exists to get it done. But knock it all down to five a side football style matches and you could get it all done within a week of getting all clear !!

I think Stevenage going down is fair, but I think Barrow would be back in league I think for the first time after probably 30 - 40 years and that is a hell of break, I'm pretty sure they went out of business at the time they were last in league. But It would be great if that was to happen, it would probably give the Barrow RL side a boost as well knowing the town's soccer team is in the league. and I expect Harrogate miss out as well
Surely the National League winners get promoted but Stevenage can keep there place in League 2 as there is a space available in league 1/2 after Bury went bust, just amend so that the 4 who earn promotion go up, with only 3 coming down. This fills up league 1 back to full quota whilst leaving a space for Barrow to come up & be team 24 in League 2, if you are relegating Stevenage then you would have to promote 2 teams from National League.
