What really gets me is that people who say that it takes something away from the game when you have to check to see if a goal is offside or not as it disturbs the momentum when they score would be complaining like hell if their team was on the wrong end of an offside call, slating the referee proclaiming that the did not know what he was doing. Stop being so fickle pick one and shut up
In my opinion football would be much better off if all TV cameras were removed from the grounds, that way people might support their local team instead of the ones that are always on TV!
And it might also stop players from earning silly money, nobody is worth 50+ million or 500K per week. If their pay was performance related instead they would soon start playing better.
