Navas says he doubts if he'd ever play outside of Spain, due to a homesickness problem he suffers from requiring medical supervision. He would cost a lot more than Walcott anyway.

Ya you just gave stats for last season, he is not consistent enough throughout his career so far.
I said as well back a couple of posts he had good season last season I'm not doubting that. If Walcott scores goals and provides assists around the same amount as last season then I will change my mind that he is being a bit more consistent and starting to live up to his full potential
Brendan Rodgers would bring Walcott on a ton. I think he's a super player. Liverpool's the best destination for the lad if he leaves Arsenal. Sterling, Walcott, Andy, Borini and Suarez. Nice little group that'd be.

Well I heard Walcott is a Liverpool fan, so that may give Liverpool the upper hand over Man City if they both decide to go in for him.
Does that mean Downing is going to be sold by Liverpool, because they have Assaidi for back up as well

Rodgers had a grin on when asked about Walcott in the presser earlier. Made it clear he wouldn't talk about anyone until their through the door though. He said Downing was excited when he discussed playing him as a modern day attacking full back, so i guess he see's him as that.

Ye seem to be well covered then in defence.
Lets see if I have got this right.
Enrique and Downing will be the 2 main left backs in your squad.
Johnson and Kelly (I'm aware he can play centre back too) will be the 2 main right backs in your squad.
Then you have Skertal, Agger, Coates, Kelly and Carragher (although he will play a smaller role this season) as your main centre backs
