Instead of arguing i'm going to choose to focus on the positives of pre-season who in my opinion have been Ibe , Suso , Coady , Coates & Peterson . As for the new signings Can looks a steal at £10 mil and Marković looked good in few games he played .
i would totally agree with you on that, those you mentioned have been positive but you cannot deny Lambert has not been good enough, and totally ineffective...

How about we agree to disagree .
Until the prem is up and running, then i think its pointless doubting Lambert already. In my opinion Liverpool could've lost all pre season games and i wouldn't care. I bet 50% of players in pre season tournaments probably cba

Tell me what Lambert has done in pre season that look promising?...
It is going to be very amusing to see the players Liverpool plundered from Southampton flop this season. Lambert's legs have gone and Lallana was always a 60 mins-then-subbed player, who can't shoot for toffee. Mugged or what!
Can't see them being in the top 4 come May 2015.
Lambert was slow at Southampton last season but he still scored goals, if your thinking he's going to replace Saurez's goals you've bought the wrong player but who can replace Suarez? Nobody I would suggest at least of similar ability.
Who was slow but banged in goals? Hmm what was his name? Works on MOTD now, oh yeah Alan Shearer.
now admittedly Lambert will never be a Shearer but they have similar abilities, so lets just see how Lamberts career goes
