The new owners wouldn't give him the complete run of the club like the last two so he would be able to just concentrate on first team matters & no matter what anyone says he's the best manager we've had since Kenny stepped down. Yes he was a stubborn cunt & at times we didn't play great football but having learned from his time away & with the squad we've got plus 1 or 2 he'd no doubt get us where we want to be, thats why he's still not in a job, he wants to come back.
I don't care what anyone says Rafa is Liverpool!!!

I don't disagree entirely but Rafa would demand a lot of control no matter what you may think and according to the wigan chairman so would Martinez, and I don't no what Marsh & Borell would have to say about giving up charge of reserves & under 18's
I do not want rafa he could not get it done before we just took a trip down memory lane with kenny it did not work we can't afford to do that again imo
I was not in favour of Rafa he wanted too many yes men around him amd in the end lost the plot when he could not get the control he wanted. He would have less control now and I believe he would use the job as a platform to relaunch himself after the disaster at Juventus.
Having said that I would rather him then Martinez!
I agree with you over Rafa over Martinez, but Rafa trying to relaunch his career at Anfield,no,he really does love Liverpool whole heartedly of that I have no doubt.
He has had plenty of opportunitys to manage in the prem league, but always held out for the chance to manage us once again.
Sadly! It's just not the right time to hit memory lane once again.
YNWA
We won't know how good he is until someone ( us probably ) gives him a chance at a top club to truly see what he can do with better quality players ( no offence Wigan ).
Did you not see are season
I don't think the time is right to see what some untested manager can do,not at this moment in time.
One pot, does not a season make

If not now then when ? How about we think about starting from the beginning and build up to winning the title somewhat like how it was done when Shanks took us from the 2nd division onto the path to massive success.
