Finally a good decision by Liverpool Hodgson is a good manager, i agree on the youngsters the fans have been waiting for Jay Spearing & Dani Pacheco to be given a chance? i don't see him taking many player's from Fulham maybe Dempsey if we sell Riera & Benayoun, i don't think we need Hangeland when we've got Agger & Skrtel. I hope he don't go for Gilberto Silva who is 33 if... when we sell Mascherano to Barca hopefully we'll get De Jong when City add Yaya to their 77 man midfield.
I also hope he play's 4-3-3 as Liverpool have the same problem as England with this shitty 2-3-1 since we sold Alonso. Maybe just maybe for only the second time in it's history the premier league will see Liverpool challenge for it??? as long as we finish in the champs league places hopefully no lower than 3rd???
Roy signed a clause saying he couldn't take players from fulham so dempsey's out Mitchell. He aint good enough for Liverpool anyway fella!Rolleyes I wasn't in favour of Roy at first but ive changed my mind, he plays a good attacking style so lets hope we start playin some nice stuff. Heard a lil noise in my neck of the woods that he might be after Mesut Ozil and Joe Cole...Lets hope it's true followed by a good striker.
i hope he goes for joe cole... get him under arsenals radar.... i doubt ozil will come to liverpool will take a lot to bring him here. goood that he made a clause cuz only player i can see from fulham to liverpoool is dempsey and haangeland and maybe shwarzer but we already have reina. Id like to see agonbalahor at liverpool give liverpool some pace up front along with torres if he stays.

Those rumours were born in manchester mate and aren't worth shit!
Yip wouldn't mind Agbonlahor Alexxxi, good shout!

I'd say Dempsey's more suited to the prem than Babel unless Hodgson can do with Babel what he did with Dempsey? Joe Cole won't be coming to Anfield as he's a typical Londoner (no offence geezers) & don't wanna move out of the City as for Ozil he looks good but if what he's says in the papers is true then he's looking for some quick maybe guaranteed success at Utd or Chelsea?
City have signed Yaya so hopefully we can get De Jong before Arsenal do as Mascherano want's to leave due to family reasons!
I dont think he can plunder Fulham Mitchell but seems to be allowed to sign one or two...
Looks to be goin for the Centre back Hangeland..
Seems like Liverpool have made their First proper Signing of the summer by the name of..... Joe cole Smile subject to medical that is but loooks 90% done deal Big Grin

Joe Cole is a great signing for Liverpool. Hopefully they can sell some more fringe players and sign James Milner (L'pool Fan). Oh and a Left back (attacking FB), a striker and 4/5 other players. Tongue
Good luck to Joey at Liverpool (from a Chelsea fan) and congrats Pool fans on a decent signing

Gutted he left from a sentimental point of view as he’s loved by 99% of us but unfortunately, the fact of the matter is he was pretty poor last season, severely low on confidence and wanted over-the-odds wages to compensate for a lack of first team football

In his place we’ve got someone cheaper, better in possession and happy to bench warm in Benayoun, which i’m pleased with so a good bit of business all round
