The shock news coming from Anfield is that Ken Dodd has been made favourite for the Managers job. Liverpool have said that due to cost cutting measures, if Ken Dodd was made Manager they wouldn't have to replace the letters on Kenny Dalglish's old track suits!

Given the way he left I don't want him back, plus he'd cost too much, your not gonna get him for £25m, City will look into getting him or Robin Van Persie.... Or both, may even swap Tevez or Ballotelli???
Falcao's a decent shout!
I can't see him leaving though, Drogba is 34 & they won't want to be sepnding mass amounts on a striker as they need to strengthen in defence & midfield & Edin Harzad will cost £35m+ given how many teams want him.
I don't think we'll spend mor than £20m if that to be honest & eventhough we need a striker, depending on who leaves we may need a midfielder & center back. Personally I don't see Martin Škrtel leaving or Dirk Kuyt & I hope Maxi will now want to stay as well.
Fernando Torres will still Chelsea's number 9 next season & some cockneys will still be confused at why the Shankly gates are hanging from the Matthew Harding stand???

You've lost the plot mate.
Should ship all this Torres talk over the Chelsea thread. The lad's nothing to do with Liverpool now.
To be fair if Torres was banging in the goals he'd be playing fact is when he plays he hardly scores at some point it has to be his fault and not just everyone else.
By getting a new manager we will probably spend quite a bit because a new man will want his own players if Kenny had stayed we would be more likely to spend nothing.

In my opinion Liverpool would still have to spend a good bit of cash even if Dalglish was in charge or not
Thing is they were upset with the lack of performance of the players he signed.
