Many players must agree with you I would think. I saw the reports in the media that the players booed when Suarez's name was read out at the PFA Awards. In fact they booed twice, once when his name was read out as a nominee for the main award and again when he was named in the team of the year. To be honest I was a bit surprised that the players would do that, but it shows how they must feel about the biting incident.
The people who booed are probably players not nominated who are jelous, end of the day the voting was all done before the biting incedent and suarez deserved to be in the team of the year and in my eyes should have won the pfa award as its supposed to be about football. All that award seems to be is a popularity contest.
Both RVP and Suarez deserved it more than Bale
Heard a rumour a few days ago that the Qatari's interested in sponsoring Liverpool may talk about an offer to buy the club too. (when they meet the owners in the states) If the offer exceeds the market value of the club, FSG may sell. Dont know if true, but the club do need more investment if they are to return as a major force.
For Liverpool to have any chance of winning the league anytime soon they'll need an Abramovich style takeover. It's not just Utd to get by, there's also City and Chelsea and it won't be done without lots of money. All the time Liverpool try to strengthen those three are also strengthening so it's constantly playing catch up.
We are not that far off the top 4 now, its not as if we have been outplayed by any team this season at all, its just little losses of concentration that have cost us, we should have beat city 2 times, should have beat arsenal, we beat spurs, completely battered west brom but got caught on the break. again completely battered reading but their keeper put on possibly performance of the season, the linesman cost us at everton, we were comfortable in the first game against united until the ref sent off shelvey in a 50-50 so if these little things didnt happen we would be in 4th place right now.
Our new Home Shirt
Goalkeepers
And possibly (but hopefully not) our away shirt
Home Shirt looks nice, will be getting my hands on them when they are out
Not entirely sure about the Goalkeeper kit though :/
Oh and I just thought I'd ask Liverpool fans here because how good or bad Jay Spearing is?
I heard Newcastle may buy him if we stay up in the summer. Is he good enough to play in the Premier League because I heard he's done well with Bolton in the Championship, so maybe he's ready for the next level?
He's a tidy little player mate. Gets around the pitch really well, he'll run himself into the ground for you. The lad likes to get his foot in and make tackles and he's a good enough passer of the ball. He'll get the ball off the back four and start up attacks, get the ball moving.
Bolton player of the season, he's done we'll for them.
Is he a Premier League player? Absolutely.

Well that's a good thing that he wears his heart on his sleeve and is committed to the cause. Last weekend, Newcastle didn't have many players showing much commitment and getting in the faces of the Liverpool players. Plus as you say, he's decent with the ball, so could prove to be a decent addition to the team.
