Still looked vulnerable at the back Klopp needs to tighten it up(sounds like that tune played on BS
) and stop leaking goals especially with the onslaught that will be coming from Arsenal on Saturday. I would love to see Rhian Brewster and Harvey Elliott given a run out, so far we've not seen either outside of the friendlies. Milner's bandage reminded me of Terry 'caged tigers' Butcher in an England game where he was covered in blood but carried on like a trooper. Not so much blood I grant you but Milner displayed those self-same qualities.
Did anyone listen to Sam Quek & Robbie Savage on 606 Sunday? She is a Liverpool fan(and a Commonwealth Games gold medalist in Hockey) and she was very good.
Big test Saturday against Arsenal-no slouches with the likes of Lacazette, Abamayenge? and Ozil possibly playing and the new boy Nicolas Pepe. Liverpool will need to watch that lot for starters. We will need our big stars firing on all cylinders especially at the back because they will hit you on the break and punish ANY defence errors. Should be a good match.
Normally not worried against Arsenal but I am for this game, a loss would be devastating even at this stage of the season.
Been a strange summer, players left, no-one really bought, Klopp been making noises all summer long saying, we got no money. Wonder if that is because of off field things.
Can see us buying one player next summer for a big fee tho - Sancho, Havertz, Neves, Maddison.

Doubt we'll be seeing them until the League Cup game comes up although Brewster could make the bench for some Premier League games before that
If you can contain Arsenal's front three then it will be a good game. Just hope VAR doesn't ruin it!!
Sounded like a good game with Salah scoring two and Matip heading past the goalkeeper. Shame Adrian didn't keep a clean sheet as Arsenal got one back but then we had made changes and take off ManÄ—. Anytime we beat Arsenal is good seeing as they used to terrorise us with the likes of Theirry Henry and that Russian I can't remember the name of, so even with their big players like Lacazette and Pepe and Aubamyeng(sp?) they couldn't get past Fortress Anfield. Score at the end 3-1 and equals the best Liverpool run of games since 1990's under Kenny Dalglish. Next up Burnley, now in the last they've been a thorn in our side several times. WTF! Clive Tyldsley, the worst commentator around has now been signed up by Talksport, his commentary this evening ruined the game for me.
What a performance! Salah was buzzing, Firminho was great too! BTW, I did like Arsenal's away kit.
Champions League draw Liverpool get Saltzburg, Napoli and Genk. Napoli I think had beaten us in a friendly earlier in May, but it was a different team to the one that beat Barcelona. Virgil van Dijk won the UEFA Player of the Year beating Messi and Ronaldo and is also in the running for the Ballon D'Or.
Is that a good draw for you?

Yeah fairly good, Napoli are a serious team and beat Liverpool well in last seasons group stage, on paper Liverpool should take maximum points from Genk and Salzberg, barring any fuck ups or complacency
