I just hope liverpool have thrown in a clause that doesnt allow torres to play this sunday
. just hope carroll gets fit soon so we can start dominating!
Torres is off for £48 to £50 Million. Suarez has signed and has the famous Number 7. Not sure about Charlie Adams as of yet don't think we are getting Ashley Young looks like you're owed a slap but Its gonna have to be a digital one lol. As for Carroll signing, The price is way to steep and I think its a desperate bid to sign him on the other hand he is a very good player and can easily adapt to the team and link with Suarez
Yeah agreed alexxxi letting Torres play on Sunday would be just silly!!! As for all the people saying he's injury prone you have to remember since he came to us I don't think he's had a summer's rest with all the international tournaments he's had to play & he went to the world cup injured & got injured there again then you have to add Roy Hodgson's shit tactics & then & only then will you understand that Chelsea are signing Fernando Torres right at the time when he's about to hit his peak years of 27-33 but this doesn't make him any less of a T*W*A*T for what he's done!!!

Dominating? ha yeah right you lot ain't done that in 20 years and won't do that again any time soon lol
Suarez and Carroll two very good signings, looking forward to seeing them play together
As for Torres, if he wants to play at the weekend then let him play.
And hopefully show him that he has made a mistake when we go and beat Chelsea
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between what Torres has done and what Carroll has done ? Both players are being branded as traitors by their respective ex-fans. Perhaps Carroll's boyhood team were Liverpool..
While I can't forgive Fernando for how he left us, I can forgive him for why he left.
He was clearly a hugely ambitious person and, in my opinion, the club did not meet his ambitions in the last season and a half. Messrs Hicks and Gillett can have another strike on their record but I don't think it matters at this stage. We never pushed on from 2nd, only replacing a key player with one who, unfortunately, did not work out.
While Torres has won the Euros and the WC it obviously wasn't enough for him, he strove to win everything. When Hodgson failed to meet this ambition on the pitch we began to see 'El Sulk' and his thoughts drifted elsewhere. The way he angled for a transfer, to Chelsea of all places, was deplorable. I think people with his ambition to reach the top have an inherent selfishness which comes at the cost of others. For a lad of 27, the rebuilding needed at Liverpool was too much and Chelsea are in better position to offer him what he wants.
I'm devastated he didn't give NESV and Kenny until the end of the season but we got a good deal really. £50m for a player with numerous muscle injuries, I believe to be just past his peak, is good business. While the £35M for Carroll leaves me uneasy I'll give him time. I'm still sad Fernando didn't get a farewell but in the circumstances it wouldn't be realistic. I think he did, and does, have a place for Liverpool in his heart. I mean any player who has a personalised armband bearing 'YNWA' must. I'm sure he'd rather lift trophies at Anfield then at Stamford Bridge but alas, that's modern football.
I for one will always be thankful for the good times.
We always knew he was a red Carroll, Carroll.
He has a dirty greasy head Carroll, Carroll.
He punches birds, he burns his house,
But we dont care, that makes him scouse.
Andy Carroll, Liverpool's number 9!!!!!!!!
Get that on all the LFC msg boards Yoda & see if it gets blasted out at the Stoke game, quality!!!
