Eternals
It was decent, not as bad as it was being made out to be. Probably a bit too much set up for a sequel and focus on the main Deviant and not enough focus on a few of the main characters, Thena, Makkari, Gilgamesh specifically and the Celestials (suppose that's being saved for a possible sequel). But good action and fight scenes which were very visually impressive, good acting (especially Barry Keoghan as Druig) and a different tone and feel from the usual MCU which was welcome, didn't feel slow either despite the long runtime.
7/10
The King's Man - 6/10 watchable but disappointing.
Eternals.
Poor beyond words. Angelina Jolie was more wooden than my coffee table and Ned Stark's boys were very average. Dragging Salma Hayek out of cold storage smacks of desperation too.
I could happily watch Gemma Chan washing the dishes under normal circumstances but she seemed totally lost in this which is a shame because I thought she was excellent in Humans.
5/10 and 4 of those are because Gemma Chan is lovely beyond words

So well done, it was both something new, but familiar. Loved it. Paul Rudd, fun as usual, but the young cast were excellent.
I'm not ashamed to say that I welled up a little at the end, a lovely tribute, hit me right in the feels.
Can't disagree with that. My expectations were pretty low after that 2016 abomination but Afterlife was very enjoyable. Nice to see them using the original cast properly and paying tribute to Harold Ramis too.
Paul Rudd was Paul Rudd which is rarely a bad thing and the younger members of the cast did a fine job. The Stay Puft family had me laughing like an idiot
I'll give it 8/10 just to be different
The Eternals
It’s like a Marvel movie made by DC.
(I.e. it’s not good)
The Suicide Squad
Don’t get too attached to characters
Eternals 6/10.
Meh. After reading something about it not reviewing well due to it being different to the usual Marvel movie formula, I thought I'd go in open minded expecting something different. What I got was a long, boring movie that had a great cast who were used badly, the pacing was all wrong, the character development was all wrong, it should have been so much better given the budget etc.
Fuck knows how they'll fit this mess into the wider universe and unless they have a different writer/director, a sequel should be binned.
Best thing about it was Gemma Chan, Tumble_Drier is right, if she wasn't in it, I too would have scored it lower
Eternals
I had read reviews saying it was not good, but thought, I will give it a go it can’t be that bad surely! It was a fucking train wreck, I had not a scooby what was going on, it was all over the place
As mentioned above in other reviews- thank god for Gemma Chan
4/10
Midway (2019) didn't have a high expectation of this, & so I was pleasantly surprised, not the worst war movie in recent times, corny, with a ew inaccuracies, but overall enjoyable. 7/10
