I thought that as well about the dinobots as well bytor, that their appearance in the final battle at the end was to set up a more prominent role in the next transformers film or even the next two transformer films, as there is going to be a new transformers trilogy. regarding the ending, im very interested to see how the next transformer film picks up from it
We're The Millers - much funnier than I expected - 8/10
Transformers: Age of Extinction, thought it was better the second film but didn't enjoy as much as i thought. Mark Wahlbarg was good and was a massive improvement over Shia LaBeouf, Stanley Tucci was great too along with Kelsey Grammar who was good but i felt he was under used but the rest of the cast were ok, the whole film just felt like the other 3 films, the special effects were great but i didn't like it were the way the new transformers transformed just looked a bit cheap. The fight scenes were great tho, but i did get a little fed up with the slow mo and product placement through out the whole film. There was a decent story but no plot and were somethings that just never made sense. The Dinobots were good but they were barely in it and only towards the last 20 mins of the film which felt a little too long.
I did feel let down with the Decepticons they were just drones with no personality it could have done with a Starscream or Shockwave or some familiar ones, without spoiling the film certain someone is back but he barely does anything and sods at the end of the film lol. I wanted to know more about Lockdown and his background and why he like that but it wasn't fully explained .
One thing that didn't make sense is what Prime does at the end of the movie and couldn't help thinking why on earth he was doing that throughout the film. If you can switch your brain off then its a decent, personally i preferred Edge of Tomorrow even tho there different films 6.7/10.
Transcendance give it 9/10
johnny depp plays a Artifical intellegence expert when a terror group shoot him with a radioactive bullet he has a month to live so he works on a friends research to transfer his own concouiness into a neural network
Very thought provoking film about technology
one of Johnny depps best films
the amazing spiderman 2 5/10
a big let down
andrew garfield gets more annoying with each film
Stolen, starring Nicolas Cage a decent film enjoyable film 7/10.
Sabotage 8/10
Arnie is back
he plays a DEA agent who leads a team that raids a drug lords house to steal 10 Million dollars then it disappears and then back home members of his team start to die.
very good thriller better than the majority of arnies films of the 80's and early 90's
Need For Speed - 3/10 - I've played all the Need For Speed games and loved them but as a film this stunk. Only give it 3/10 for Michael Keaton's character who I enjoyed and the cars
Noah - 3/10 - Looked good but simply not my cup of tea
Got The Hooligan Factory to watch tonight and I'm looking forward to that so will review later
Bad Grandpa
Some scenes had me on the floor
8/10
