A psychological horror about a couple who are both medical doctors, that sheild their sick son from the outside world by keeping him under lock and key in their secluded, country estate.Brilliantly acted by Michael Shannon and Samantha Morton.

The Invisible Man(1933)
Claude Rains made his film debut in a role in which he is only heard and not seen.Legendary director James Whale treated the entire project as a comedy despite Rains going all out with his performance to show the audience his character's growing megalomaniacal tendencies. The film is also famous for John P.Fulton's groundbreaking special effects.

Ghostbusters 7.5 out of 10
Actually was better than i thought it was going to be. cameo's from the remaining original cast were great. great special effects
Gods And Generals(2003) Its 1861 and Virginia leaves the Union and its the beginning of The American Civil War. A prequel to the excellent Gettysburg this focuses mainly on the first half of the war and particularly the Confederate general 'Stonewall' Jackson . Stephen Lang is excellent as Jackson the character is covered well, including his religious beliefs and there's a strong turn from Jeff Daniels as a Union colonel, proving again he is more than a comic actor. The film is 3 1/2 hours long(I watched it in two bits) and probably could have lost the odd scene. However its worth seeing with realistic and well staged battle scenes. Also starring Robert Duvall (as General Lee), C Thomas Howell,Mira Sorvino, Kali Rocha,Sean Pratt & Stephen Spacek. 7/10
Samurai Cop(1989)
Robocop,Maniac Cop and Psycho Cop all helped to inspire this film but its basically just Robocop replaced by a super Samurai lawman who has to bring some Yakuza criminals to justice. Also notable for featuring lots of mullets and incredibly bad acting.
3/10
Ghostbusters (2016)
0/10. Absolute rubbish. Not even worthy of a negative rating.
Mad Max 2 : The Road Warrior(1981) A more cynical Max (Mel Gibson) helps out a community owning precious fuel against a gang of bikers and souped up car drivers. Although missing the freshness and back story of the first film it is an exciting ride with likeable good guys Brian Spence as the pilot,Emil Minty as the feral kid & Michael Preston as the community's leader. Also starring Kjell Nilsson & Virginia Hey. 6.5/10
Johnny On The Spot(1954)
Hugh McDermott stars as Johnny, recently released from prison after serving a sentence for a crime he didn't commit.Upon release though, getting revenge on the man who framed him is his priority.A stylish and well acted crime drama from director,MacLean Rogers.
7.5/10
Prisoners (2013)
I seem to have a skill for finding films that look good, and develop a decent storyline, only for it all to be swept away with a jaw-droppingly stupid reveal at the end. The first hour or so is an intriguing, interesting story about some missing children and the father of one of those children's attempts to find her. It unfortunately then begins to labour into a frustrating, overlong blur until it reaches the aforementioned stupid end reveal. I was fed up with it by the end - so have no idea why it received so many accolades. Rubbish. 1/5
Conjuring 2 i really can't even begin to explain about it because i have posted about it too much in a positive way of course because i love James Wan's horror movies.
