Jungle Cruise - 2021
Disney Plus
Starring: The Rock, Emily Blunt and host of other known actors - Good film, decent special effects, good action too, it did remind me of Pirates Of The Caribbean - which is not a bad thing
I enjoyed it
8/10
No Time to Die 6/10 - worth watching but not as great as everyone makes out.
Mortal Kombat - 2021
Well that’s 1h 45m of my life I won’t get back
Best thing about it - end credit music (Techno Syndrome 2021 MK theme)
3/10

A pleasant surprise.
One of the best things about this movie is how it takes a tired device — character stuck in a time loop — and not not only makes it fresh and interesting, but uses it to subvert the conventions of the tired romantic comedy genre.
Almost every scene is an interesting beat, so it’s hard to describe any of the plot without taking something away from it. Suffice to say that it is an infinite time loop rom com and it’s almost as good as Groundhog Day — which I never would have thought was possible.
Andy Samberg and Christine Milioti are excellent as the leads, and JK Simmons puts in a few fantastic scenes.
Rocky IV: Rocky Vs. Drago’ Ultimate Director’s Cut 1985 with this why did he not leave the extra bits in this film its so much better then the originally one i think i like watching one loads better 10/10
L.O.R.D_ Legend of Ravaging Dynasties not sure if it was full CGI but if you like final fantasy you will love this 7/10
Ghostbusters: Afterlife
The 4th film in the Ghostbusters franchise is a very fun and entertaining film with excellent special effects and plenty of laughs throughout and is a direct sequel to the classic 1984 Ghostbusters
Don’t go when the credits start as there is a fun extra scene partway through the credits & a post credit scene that sets up a sequel
8/10

Just watched it and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not as good as Casino Royale or Skyfall but not a million miles away either.
Low points - that abomination of a main theme by Billie Eilish. Whoever chose that needs shooting and I'm not sure where they go with the series after that ending but time will tell.
High points - bringing back one of the greatest Bond Themes ever. Lea Seydoux is gorgeous and Lashanna Lynch's character wasn't anywhere near as annoying as I thought she'd be. Nice to see the return of the V8 Volante from The Living Daylights too!
7.5 / 10 from me.
