Harry Potter And The Order Of the Phoenix(2007) In which Dolores Umbridge (played with malevolent excellence by Imelda Staunton) tries to take over Hogwarts and Harry faces up to a fresh battle with Lord Voldemort. Mixing in a fine mix of rebels tackling an autocratic authority and teenage growing pains, it also features Harry and Cho (played by Katie Leung) kissing and an offbeat new student Luna Lovegood(Evanna Lynch). The likeable, accident prone Neville Longbottom(Matthew Lewis) gets more screen time too. 7.5/10
Dr strange 9/10 another great marvel movie they seem to be hitting it out of the park recently
the Visuals are Spectacular and Cumberbatch excellent as Dr strange and Tilda swinton great in it as well
X-Men, loved the first film the only couple issues I had was Cyclops/Scott Summers was under used which happened in the next couple films which was a shame and Halle Berrys accent was all over the place which they totally changed for the sequel. For me Rebecca Romijn was a better Mystique/Raven then Jennifer Lawrence. 8.9/10.
Boiler Room (2000) Giovanni Ribisi plays a successful new stockbroker in a small investment firm, but things might not be strictly legal. Based on the same source material as the later Wolf Of Wall Street, this film doesn't have the same pizzazz, charisma or style of the later film but Ribisi is convincing in his role, his strained relationship with his father, played by Ron Rifkin is nicely portrayed and there's a striking supporting performance from Ben Affleck. The testosterone filled environment is realistically captured and there's a good rap soundtrack. Also starring Vin Diesel, Nia Long,Nicky Katt,Scott Caan,Taylor Nichols & Bill Sage. 6.5/10
Trading Places (1983)
Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd's finest hours as a poor street hustler and a wealthy broker who find their lives switched over a bet from two scheming billionaire brothers. Classic John Landis comedy with plenty of gags and genuine laugh out-loud moments. 4/5
The Holiday (2006)
Seasonal rom-com about two fed up single women - one a movie trailer producer from Hollywood, the other a newspaper column editor from Surrey - who switch their homes for the Christmas holidays and each end up meeting a new Mr Right on the other side of the Atlantic. Bit on the soppy side, but good harmless fun. Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, Jack Black and the late Eli Wallach star. 3/5
Le Notti Del Terrore[aka Burial Ground](1981)
A very weird but in places pretty funny film from Andrea Bianchi starring Peter Bark.An adult little person, playing an adolescent boy who lusts after his mother
Really this is just Z grade,Italian zombie schlock.
