Heisei Riders vs Showa Riders: Kamen Rider Taisen ft. Super Sentai
The latest in what is now Toei's annual superhero clusterfuck. Light on Sentai this year (I assume because all the props were in New Zealand being used on Power Rangers), pitting the 15 Showa-era Kamen Riders vs the later 15 Heisei-era Kamen Riders ("Showa" and "Heisei" eras refer loosely to the eras of Japanese imperial reigns. A similar analogy would be almost like older Doctor Who compared to the newer show. i.e from Christoper Eccleston's tenure onward vs the first 8 Doctors). This is notable as it features an appearance from Hiroshi Fujioka, who played Takeshi Hongo, the original Kamen Rider. First time since the 70s, actually. Other times in between has usually been Hongo "in suit" voiced by a soundalike.
Expect bug-eyed mofos fighting each other, then uniting to fight a common enemy, then go back to fighting each other again.
