Transformers: Age Of Extinction - 3/10 - It pisses me off that studios actually give Michael Bay to put shit like this out. Terrible
A Million Ways To Die In The West - 7/10 - A lot better than I was expecting with some genuine lol moments.

Certainly entitled to your own opinion but just watched Transormers: Age of Extinction and thoroughly enjoyed it. I love these sort of escapist movies and don't understand some of the comments made when it was released about it being like the last one. Ok the action involved big robots fighting and taking out a city, but lets face it they are big robots and it takes place on earth so be hard not to. To me it looks to take the franchise into a new slightly darker direction for the next movies. The one before it was very poor whereas this thankfully didn't have the woesful and obnoxious Shite le Beef in it. Have to admit the human characters were weak and if I had my way I wouldnt bother with them. I want to see the Transformers transforming and could put up with a movie not having human characters for the dumbed down audience to identify with. All about preferences I guess.

I agree with you to a point. I too want to see a Transformers film about the actual Transformers and all the cool stuff that made me love them as a kid. I love escapist films where I turn my brain off or have to input beer to enjoy. But what I don't need to see yet again is a weak cast of human actors (and this is the weakest), blatant product placement and the latest female actress Michael Bay is trying to bang in a film that's an hour too long, poorly plotted/scripted and full of the same camera angles/trick shots and flares. Michael Bay used to slide on a lot of BS because his films were the escapist popcorn fluff we all enjoy, but now its like he's just not even trying to hide the fact he's a colossal douche bag perv who'll put whatever brand in his films for the highest bid or whoever in his film because the new Megan Fox might blow him.
I should have maybe explained more in my OP but the film annoyed that much I didn't want to rant, lol, but I guess I have now, lol!
Bad Country 7/10. Decent film well worth watching about a hit man for a Baton Rouge crime boss who turns state evidence and goes under cover. A good cast-Matt Dillon, Willem Dafoe, Tom Berenger and Amy Smart slightly let down a little by uninspired filming. Quite gritty at times it could just have done with a bit more punch (pun not intended).
The Devils Advocate - 8/10.
Al Pacino excellent in this film imo.
Old boy with josh brolin.7/10 I enjoyed it good story ,will have to check out the original.
Rounders with matt Damon 7/10.good story and OK acting a little over the top from some of the cast.
Frankie and Johnny - 7/10.
I am partial to a bit of Michelle Pfeiffer
