But Cameron wouldn't say if he would or would not use the veto if Turkey were fast tracked for membership.
He did say that the decision wouldn't need to be made in his stewardship.
As he's not expected to last for much longer you'd have though that he'd have easily agreed to use the veto.
^ we already know he has said he will stand down by 2020. Turkey are decades away even if fast tracked. It's not a decision for now.
I was at least pleased with a number of the Brexit leaders today - as they disowned the UKIP immigration poster.
I was pleased he has agreement from the other EU leaders regarding his reforms to the benefits.
I wonder what would happen if one or two of them changed their minds. Would it be a referendum re-rack
I seem to recall that they can't as any change to that agreement requires all 28 to agree & Cameron therefore has a veto.
