Very true - and the court decision (if it survives the appeal) will make it more difficult for the matter to become legally decided.

It confirmed the soverienty of Parliament which surely is one of the main reasons given by the Brexiteers for voting Leave! So Parliament will vote and I expect that after some debate they will support the triggering of Article 50.
The court judgement was not about whether we should leave or not. That has been decided. It is a constitutional ruling on how the decision to trigger Article 50 should be taken
You may be right in a technical sense. But judging by statements made by various ministers, about the will of the people being thwarted and so on, it's very evident that the government do not agree with your view.

What are you on about? Where did I called 48% of the voting public scum?
The desperation of the remainers

Yes, as I said before, people like you are likely to argue that any Brexit's a Brexit (regardless of the terms).
'People like me'? Who exactly are 'people like me'? People who hold a different opinion?
Sadly for 'people like you', looking down your nose at 'people like me' isn't going to change that.
Apparently 17.4 million is a great number and entirely justifiable of everything.
16+ million is meaningless.
Hmm...
Thats brexit logic for you but if Remain had won the brexit lot would be saying 16millon plus voted to Leave they thoughts must be taken to account
didn't Dodgy Dave say that 'the will of the British people must be respected?'
