You would think it was coincidence that they have similar traits I wonder if they fucked the same "American lady friend" as SA suggested?

No such system exists in the world today. The theory sounds like it might have some merit BUT until such a system works it is no good as all it does is replace the irish backstop with a promise. The EU have always said the backstop is an insurance policy. If they can get such a replacement for the backstop working in future then at that time by agreement you can remove the backstop. The ERG rejected that a future solution could replace the backstop because they said it was by agreement and those nasty EU types would have the power to bind us into the EU forever.

And there incentive to do that would be...….?? I think at this point, they just want rid of us, and who can blame them??
^ The ERG don’t trust Johnny foreigner. They still fail to accept that after Brexit any UK exporter who wants to export to the EU will still have to comply with EU law or their goods won’t be accepted. As we won’t be in the EU we won’t have any influence over the EU standards. It’s utter fucking madness.

I can see no logical reason for EU standards dropping!! We pride ourselves here in the UK for having some of the highest possible standards, The EU haven't exactly been known for falling below those - indeed, in many respects the standard mark has been higher still! How often have we heard of some decrying the fact they had to comply with EU levels?? I agree, it is madness!!
Also, in terms of rights, does anyone seriously think that any elected govt here will match those guaranteed from the EU?? Not least in the area of employment??
^ Neither does anyone with a brain who can see the utter stupidity of leaving the EU. They said they wanted UK Laws and UK Courts with verdicts overseen by UK Judges. They also wanted Parliamentary Sovereignty but as the last few weeks have shown they don’t actually like any of that because they don’t get their own way.
I see an unnamed cabinet minister is warning that if Brexit is blocked there could be rioting. Well the anger is being stirred up by them!
I voted Remain and I still would like to Remain but I’ve said many times I’d support a sensible deal. I won’t support No Deal as my long years of business including involvement in international trade tell me what a disaster it will be.

You can file the first of those under H for Hypocrisy! Can't claim to be experienced in international trade, but logic would suggest that would be the case - yes! Even from my small business owner experience, I have seen, from the point of view of even planning, (services industry) it is a nightmare!! Not having a clear path to follow, makes it worse!

which
SHOULD have been made clear as possible to all business owners from Day 1!! At the same time, I am wondering now what the real cost would be to trade and business would be on Nov 1st.
