I doubt they'll go that far. But the EU have stated that UK fishermen won't be able to continue landing their catches at EU ports to sell on the continent.
The Government is urging supermarkets to stockpile food before 31st Dec.

Well I think there won’t be a no deal announcement today as was being predicted. Think there won’t be any sort of announcement today & wouldn’t be surprised if we do get a deal fudged together in the next few days

After a call between Boris and Ursula tonight, ended with fisheries seem to be the main outstanding disagreement between the EU and the UK.
Simple solution. We allow the pleasant, friendly EU Nations to fish under a permit system based on current quotas.
