At a final ambassador's meeting in Brussel, the Croatian ambassador wanted to give British counterpart a good will message on his departure.
So in her speech she wish Britain "thank you, goodbye and good riddance".
She says that the message got lost in translation, and that she thought that saying Good Riddance was the same as saying Good Luck.
Ah the old lost in translation lol
Anyone seen the Brexit 50p yet?

Wow Sinn fein looking like a big electoral win in the Irish elections wonder how that will effect the trade deal apparently there is only .2% between the 3 major partys
I would say it is likely that Sinn Fein probably seize this as a real opportunity to garner support for not only against any trade deal/hard border that will exist between UK & NI and possibly push further into seeking support for a re - united Ireland. With the recent bomb scare on a Ferry, I would say the IRA will do all it can to disrupt the crossing as much as possible
Problem is SF were only contesting 40+ seats of the 130 seats
SO boris decided a Bridge between NI and Scotland so by the time its finished the english will be paying for a bridge tht will prob be between a Reunified Ireland and a independent scotland

No not had one in my change yet. BREXIT was a bit of a damp squib, soon after it no-one took to the streets, no Anarchy in the UK, no food shortages or a rush to panic buy from supermarkets, the markets didn't crash and there was no storming of Downing Street by marauding herds of Remainers. So far the only thing heard of it is De Lyon and Barnier saying that doing a deal won't be easy-quell surprise!
