What is latest position on the no confidence vote?. Is it still going ahead?

Apparently Not!! That is the latest I heard!! On another related issue, not sure the suggested solution to the backstop from the govt is a runner! Seems convoluted - at best!! Although, not far removed from the suggestion I put forward in another post - one vital difference :- multiple sites instead of a single streamlined location!

So Trump - like yet again!! Taking credit for something he hasn't done, but left his lackeys to clear things up! In actual fact, by not acknowledging he was out of order with his original comments, he has merely added insult to injury!

they will prob vote to leave the UK bit after those 4 years as most was against leaving in the first place

will there even be an assembly in 4 years time DUP dont want to seem get back even though Gay Marriage and Abortion are only weeks away maybe something about arlene and a dodgy heating scheme that was the real reason it collapsed

How dodgy was that heating scheme? i don't recall if I ever got the winter fuel payment.

I hsve to admit this will probably only make the calls for a referendum on the reuniting of Ireland that much stronger than before. I can only see there being no real need for thr Assembly if Ireland was reunited as then all governmental decisions would be made at Dublin. If that was he case then I would think the Ni referendum would probably be the first that will see the UK slowly broken up. If one happens in NI after four years then i can only see Wales and Scotland demanding their soon after
