Contrary to what wackawoo claims, there is no obligation on the EU to sign a trade agreement with a departing UK. The words 'future relationship' indicate that there would likely be some agreements post-Brexit between the UK and the EU, but there is no certainty of it.

The treaty provides for the negotiation of a withdrawal arrangement, not a deal on the UK’s future relationship with the EU. There could be agreements made to define the future relationship between the UK and the EU, but there is no obligation on the EU to make any such agreements.

Having read the text of the treaty myself, it's clear that wackawoo's claim is simply ridiculous.
So today the Times declared they were supporting staying in.
