Your posts would suggest otherwise, and yes, you use the world loophole... incorrectly.
And that really is my very, very, very last word on the subject (probably! ).
Me too, exept this
you over reacted to my use of loop hole, whether rightly used or not the rest of the post should have made it clear what i meant.
Scotland can use that to secure a second referendum, but the initial point i was making, which was lost, that referedums will be pointless after all this, certainly if the UK remain in the EU after this referendum, without a second, no more referendums will ever be used. If there is a second referedum in the UK it will still be we don't like the first result so we will try again.
Scotland has more of a claim to a second referendum, for obvious reasons, but not while the UK is in EU (since the Scot referendum terms are still being abided by) and the UK could be in for years; I supect the EU will not deal with Scotland (since alone they won't have as much to offer the EU) becasue they are still in the EU along with the UK, and until the UK is completely out and all is agreed to so is the UK. When the UK is offictally and lawfully out, THEN the Scots can have their referendum and leave the Uk if they wish.
how can you be sure that Scotland doesn't have anything to offer the EU?
Live edition of Question time on BBC 1 at 18.30 tonight
If Scotland are deemed to have the right to a 2nd Independence referendum because of a "broken promise" at the 1st one then if any single promise made by the leave campaign is broken let's see if the same applies.
So let's see what we were promised
£350 million a week to the NHS later revised to £100m
Continuation of free trade with the EU
No freedom of movement
Free trade agreements with other countries in super fast time particularly the USA
Points based immigration system
At least the same amount of money to regions, farmers, universities & research establishments
No recession or any of the other things the experts who were denounced predicted.
Removal of red tape
Removal of 5% VAT on domestic fuel
Turkey to join the EU
Brexit in 2 years
I'm sure there were more but that should do for now.
Apparently there's loads of fraudulent signatures on this 2nd referendum petition
Gotta wonder which side is responsible, is it the remainers trying to bump the figures, or the outers deliberately trying to discredit it?

It was actually started by a Brexit supporter before the vote as he thought the Remain side were going to screw his side
