This could be an important issue, one that can appeal to both sides as it would give those in favour of a people's vote time to carry it out and on the other side it would remove the ticking clock for negotiations, give the country a chance to regroup and work on a deal that has broader support and strengthen the country's negotiating hand

Brexit's looking dead in the water.
When the government puts the deal to the house, Labour will probably insist on another referendum vote. The Chequers loving Conservatives are in the minority and so it's looking like theres going to be more Brexit Question Times
i think wackawoo was actually a russian troll farm!
it's possible.
Theresa May is digging her political grave with her stubbornness by continuing to keep flogging the dead horse in 'chequers' instead of going for a 'Canada Plus' model that even Remain MP's have said they would accept.Foolishly May earlier today even claimed that a 'Canada Plus' model would be worse than a No-Deal.
The real crunch-time will come on the 'Meaningful Vote' when these staunch Remain MP's in Leave voting constituencies (particularly in Labour heartlands) will either vote with their conscious (or lack of it) & toe the party line/go against their electorate's wishes effectively signing their own political obituary when a snap General Election soon follows.I suspect the likes of old Battle-axe Sou®bry whose constituency voted leave would rather kill Brexit & sacrifice her own seat & see it 'as a price worth paying'.
I just can't get my head around what Labour's Brexit real position is with that slippery fuck & failed CPS Kier Starmer has one opinion,McDonell's opinion changes on the hour mark, the Union's back a 2nd ref but on the terms of leaving & Corbyn's opinion varies depending on who is pulling his puppet strings.I felt sorry for that poor old fucker Dennis Skinner (an anti-EU campaigner like Corbyn) during the conference when weasel Starmer was spouting his BS to the already brain-washed crowd.Corbyn has foolishly been listening to the likes of Umuna,Lammy,Mandelson etc on his 'Remain' backing stance & figures he would get more votes in a GE from Remain voters (RIP Lib Dems) than the traditional Labour heartland Leave voters (Corbyn just said fuck the lot of ya) as he thinks they would never vote Tories anyway. For all these polls that the 'anti Brexit' groups want to have you believe how Labour members views are with regards to Brexit are a mere fig-leaf compared to what Labour voters in the outside world's opinions are (no reflection basically).
I just envisage this is going to play out four ways either a) May negotiates a deal that is acceptable to the commons (probably unlikely), b)A 2nd Referendum on the terms of Leaving (Remain not on the ballot), c) May steps down as PM with a Tory leadership challenge to follow d)A General Election (most likely).
With the GE the most likely outcome with the Tories (for leaving the EU) & Labour (for remaining in the EU) old Theresa cannot possibly stand as Leader in the GE.
Either ways things are about to get interesting (I'll get the popcorn).
