^ Ah yes that would be the same Sunderland that voted in favour of Brexit. I’m not feeling at all sympathetic.

Of course it’s not just the jobs that won’t be created here because if there is no free trade deal then the vehicle cost will be higher in the UK due to the tariffs that Johnson is imposing on car imports. All of this was forseeable and indeed experts (for brexiteers that means people who know what they are talking about!) did make it clear that production of cars would be at risk.
On the subject of experts I take it that all brexiteers will refuse any Covid vaccine on the basis that experts have developed them because experts can’t be trusted.
It's more about the brexiteer hypocrisy with Ratcliffe.
the EU has said today that from Jan 1st UK citizens will not be able to go to the EU except for a very small number of reasons like work, so no holidays next year in EU by the looks of it until the EU lifts its covid rules stopping non EU people going into the EU,
Fair enough imo, but as usual, old clever clogs Raab got details wrong, said it wasn't about Brexit, it is ffs.
Why should they let us have any special consideration given how the idiots in charge have behaved, restrictions, then restrictions.
If the talks go tits up (highly likely), a polite fuck off is what we'll be getting...on everything. People don't seem to understand that, still.
tf for my dual citizenship!
The stupid thing is Johnson keeps saying we’ll be ok and trade with the EU in an “Australian like” arrangement. There is no such thing. They trade on WTO terms. Australia are trying to get a Free Trade Deal with the EU
All the mugs who believed Johnson and his band of crooks are very likely to be the ones who suffer whilst his cronies move their money and businesses to Europe to take advantage of the Single Market!
