Btw just WHO is MAD JACK MCMAD????????
its not gone thru congress takes 17 republican votes to convict him on impeachment however could be a case they could make a law stopping him running again where a simple majority would win
That would simple as quite a few republicans want him gone anyway and those wanting to run in 2024 would like him not in the race
Trump's going to have a party instead of attending Biden's inauguration. But he's having trouble getting people to attend it.
He even sent an invite to former adviser Anthony Scaramucci who he fired after 11 days. Scaramucci has spent a lot of time since critising Trump on the cable channels. He's decribed Trump as being “very crazy”, “low life”, “full-blown racist”, “son of a bitch”, “maniacally narcissistic” and “off his rocker”.
The invite may have been a mistake.
Even Pence isn't going to be there.
In other news, McConnell starts to hammer the nails into the coffin of Trumps political career.
You have to admire his bravery, on Trumps last day...

He's going to the inauguration
Pardon for Bannon, among many others (from the 'Law and Order' President
).
Nothing for his family, Giuliani, or himself, so the game is on
Unless he's waiting till 11.59 today... (someone please put his clock back
)
Bannon was facing charges with defrauding donors of more than a million dollars as part of a fundraising campaign supporting Trump's border wall.
But there are lots of new thing that the Feds can get him on. Insurrection of riot for example.... He's yet another of Trump's odious little friends
Preet Bharara, former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, was on CNN & he pointed out that because Bannon's case had not been fully resolved it means that an individual state can pick it up & proceed with it
John Dean, former White House Counsel to President Nixon before he turned on him during Watergate, pointed out that Trump does not need to announce his self pardon or one that he might grant his children/son in law as they are preemptive, he could keep it quiet until he needs it. Of course this White House has been highly prone to leaks & Trump is not exactly the keep it on the down low type.
Apparently Trump had a 90 minute meeting with the White House legal team where they strongly advised against attempting it. We shall see whether they got through.
