To be fair, running it down to make private finance easier is the current government policy, so he's unofficially onside with Thezza on this one.
You can hardly believe that a government that believed in the NHS would leave Jeremy Hunt in charge of it!

Once Brexit works its magic, we will qualify to BE one of those countries!

Well yes, but he was saying the weekend protests were
against the NHS (and using that against the Democrats) when in fact, the opposite was true.
Saw this on my twitter feed: -
NEW YORK TIMES: Trump’s Lawyers Want him to Refuse an Interview in Russia Inquiry.
TRANSLATION: Donald Trump is guilty. He knows it. His lawyers know it. The majority of the Country knows it. And Robert Mueller knows it.
It’s. Grand. Jury. Subpoena. Time.
His lawyers are shit scared, not that he'll lie (take that as read), but that he's so bad at lying he'll be too easy to catch out.
I was reading over the weekend that the guy working for Nunes on the memo released last week and who it is claimed drafted the memo is the same guy who was sent by Nunes to London last summer to try to interview the British author of the dossier that was given to the FBI. That trip was not authorised by the House Intelligence committee and in fact was a stupid thing to do as it was potentially in conflict with the Mueller investigation. In addition the guy has the rare distinction of being publically reprimanded for incompetence in a court case a few years ago.
Nunes has also now accepted that despite the memo saying that the FISA court had not been told about the political funding (by the Democrats) of the dossier that they had indeed been told that political funding was involved as it's in a footnote to the FISA application.
The House Intelligence Committee have also now agreed to release the Democrat memo that seeks to give the full facts of the FISA application - like the fact that the dossier began life funded by Republicans which is already well known. That has to be agreed by Trump so we'll see if he does or not.
