Bill Gates: Well, the idea of democracy is that people who are running for office can make statements about how they'll change things and make statements about what the results will be. And so there's always this temptation to promise people things that aren't possible. You know, “Put me in office and everybody will have jobs,” or “Put me in office and at least your crowd, your group will get some good treatment.” And there's got to be some mechanism by which those statements, people decide, are they correct? What has this person done in the past? What have policies like that done in the past? And it's not possible for an individual voter on their own to read all these things and check all these things.
Isn't it terrible that Trump is undoing all the good work Obama did.
Nobody seems to be asking why virtually half of the American voting public voted for Trump following 8 years of the Obama presidency.
May be it wasn't as good as the spin doctors would have us believe.

(Snip a roomy dooby)
When someone in any political office is offering up policies that can be deemed controversial or devisive in any way, would you want or expect any less from your media than Trump is getting atm?
(bit more snips)
There wasn't a cat in hells chance that Trump was ever goign to get a fair chance with the media. They were always going to try and burn his whitehouse black again.
He just seems to have given them the petrol and matches.
Poor Trump let's all hold a moments silence to remember all the Bull they are being called out on.
He has done much more than introduce some of his promises that's the problem if you can't see that then you simply choose not to.
the media in any country is either controlled by the state...or by who ever owns it..none is fair, impartial or honest...none.

Neither of my post was about what he has or hasn't done, save he has given them petrol and lighters; which I assume you missed.
He has been given a fair chance he has simply blown it.

Information is power - the dissemination of it a big key to retaining that power. Is it any wonder that he is trying to discredit the media in his position? Trump knows that he (and his policies) are vunerable to their opinion peices, message and investigative digging.in a way he is not in any other arena.
I don't disagree, but the point is that these "cops" claiming to police Trump are all as bent as a corkscrew
