I was bitching about the leftist and 'liberal' media who are going to stay silent at this point to get rid of Trump. If Biden had meant that remark in the way I and many people thought he did, the media would've stayed silent just the same.

I think there are multiple ways that Biden can without Florida, but Trump absolutely cannot win without Florida.

But I agree that we’ll be watching Florida with baited breath on election night.

That’s because the major rust belt states that are looking increasingly solid for Biden (Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania) probably won’t be in a position to declare on election night. They’ve all received record numbers of mail-in ballots and have various forms of legislation that will make it difficult to declare a winner right away. They’re either not allowed to start processing ballots early or have committed to accepting ballots if they have been postmarked - but not received - before Election Day.

Florida is processing mail-in ballots ahead of Election Day and does not accept late ballots, so it will be able to declare early.

A perfectly plausible scenario is that Trump wins Florida - which puts him on a possible path to victory - and he starts strutting around like a winner. He then loses a few days later and starts screaming ‘fraud’ and ‘corruption’ and ‘rigged election’.

On the other hand, if Trump loses Florida on election night, it’s a pretty fair bet that there’s no coming back for him, which gives the rest of the Republican Party a few days to remember where they put their spines four years ago. They’ll need them now to haul the big oaf out of the White House.

For the sake of the global blood pressure, it would just be helpful if Biden won Florida!

in florida they used to have a punch card system and bascially if a vote wasnt punched correctly was disallowed and seems a lot of democrat ones were not punched correctly

I was surprised at how well Trump did in this debate, with a very controlled performance considering what happened last time. Sticking mainly to policy this time seemed to help him, but I still made Biden the winner if only narrowly.
