So 41% didn't approve then, ie, thy didn't VOTE approve, not sure also means they didn't vote approve, they didn't vote disproves but they didn't vote approves either.
Aprove means aprove, if you didn't tick the aprove box, even if you wasn't sure, by it's very nature means you didn't aprove; it means there is enough doubt not to aprove.
In the same way people who voted for Brexit or didn't vote at all DID NOT vote remain, even if a none vote or undecided vote is not actually a vote to remain. You cannot claim (try as they might) that poeple who didn't vote or were unsure voted FOR or AGAINST the Brexit or the EU.
So Trump says General Flynn was treated badly by the leaks. No apology or acceptance that what he did was wrong or indeed he was wrong to lie to Pence. No comment on the fact that Trump knew of Flynn's behaviour back in January.
Seems he was happy to perpetuate a lie and his anger is because they were found out.
