There's a pathway to the 270 total if Michigan and Wisconsin go red.
There's now just 27,000 votes separating Trump and Biden in Michigan. 86% of the votes in.

Despite what he thinks, he can't just rock up at the Supreme Court. He has to work his way through the system, starting at individual state level.
^ Of course he does but lets face it every time he loses he will appeal so The Supreme Court is very likely to come into play.
I wonder if he will still go to court about the voting system if he wins.................
Biden now 18000 votes ahead in Michigan, ahead by 0.3% with 94% reported.

He will only go to court if it depends on the postal votes in Pennsylvania.
Biden looks like her will win Michigan, Wisconsin. Maybe even Georgia and Pennsylvania.
Trump had already deounced the election a fraud, but I do have a feeling we will see the Florida situation repeat itself in a different state.
also i think Trump will more than likely bypass the local courts and will go straight to the SC. Now we know why he was so damn keen to get the nomination done before the election, because if it got messy he knows he will probably have enough support in the courts to his case.
And by all accounts it's messy already in his eyes.
If the counted votes become the final votes then Biden would be on 271 electral votes.
Trump will see the election going two ways.
1. Trump wins.
2. He's been cheated
He doesn't see the obvious 3rd option. He's been beaten
What we really need right now is Slabhead's razor sharp political insight.
If only he was still around
Joe Biden’s team have apparently just said they’re confident of reaching the 270 target today
