Why would there be charges?
She was part of a mob and was shot while attempting to be the first through a broken window over a barricade.
Video of where/how she got shot with multiple videos/angles

It'd be like if you were barricaded in your bathroom and someone decided to break down that door to get to you. The instant she crossed that threshold of the door/window. The gloves were off.
Easily summed up as, playing stupid games wins you stupid prizes.
Ermm well not really if somebody breaks into your house you cant just kill them... this would have been a different story if that woman was black it would be all over the news but it was a white trumper so oh well i guess
Edit.
Apparently he has been suspended according to this site i guess thats something

As seen in the video. Already inside the capitol building. [Trespassing] Seen attempting to breach a clearly barricaded doorway filled with office chairs by breaking through the window and climbing through the opening.
Hence my example of barricading yourself in a washroom. Intruders have already breached your home. You've barriacaded yourself in the washroom to prevent harm to yourself, but they seemed intent on causing to you harm via breaching door and barricade to get to you.
This would probably be the most textbook example of a justified shooting/stand your ground if there was one.
American Police Officers are authorised to use deadly force in order to prevent death or serious injury to themselves or others.
I don't think the Police Officer has a lot to worry about considering the scenes we saw last week.

I understand what you are saying but She was unarmed how was he in danger ? Im sure a lot more officers were in the same position as he was that day and nobody else got shot in the neck.
The whole thing in general just show the stupidness of america there was zero need to break inside that building all because they believe the bullshit of an orange face con man... people need to think for themselves a little
The question is, if they'd actually had adequate policing that day (rather than them letting Trump supporters run riot over minimal security), would more people have died, or would they have been able to stop it before it escalated. I'm not sure which way it would have went tbh, because we're talking about a group of Americans who thought they had the right to do what they did, which beggars belief.
As has been pointed out so many times, if this was any other group, police would have been out in force and this would have definitely led to more immediate arrests, possibly more deaths, definitely more injuries. It's ridiculous how different groups are policed.
it's pretty simple really imo. trump is a cunt of the highest order. that's the post.
I would like to see how police would handle a really flamboyant group of homosexuals protesting
I don't know about really flamboyant but you could look up The Stonewall Riots

Organise it and you'll find out.
