It doesn't say in the Ofcom bulletin if it is a day or night show .

It just shows this in the list of programs they are investigating

Program : Studio 66 TV
Service : Studio 66
Transmission date : 13/08/2019
Calling the daytime girls on S66, I’ve more than once been warned off sexual chat, not just for the station’s sake, but also the girls’, on the assumption that OFCOM might be listening in.

More than ever, we need a little icon on-screen indicating whether what’s being broadcast is web-only. This would make it clear that sexchat is permitted, and also free the chatbox of the endless “Is x on TV?” enquiries. No icon, you keep it clean, and expect what you get back to be clean too.
The sound of phone calls is not broadcast on either TV or the Internet? So unless the girls make it obvious with their mouths visually on screen that they're saying something naughty or physically doing something they shouldn't I don't see the problem. I don't think Ofcom can do anything about the calls as long as everyone realises and are aware that they can be sexually explicit.

As far as Ofcom listening into calls without anyone knowing effectively tapping the phone lines, that's illegal as per the many court cases on going.
I'm sure the channels know ofcom could be listening in to make sure the channels are complying with the rules for daytime & are fine with ofcom monitoring.

Ofcom have to make sure the daytime calls are non sexual as a condition of giving the shows licenses I'm presuming

Does that mean that ofcom have a secret free phone number that they use for this purpose? And if so, can someone leak it Big Grin

Have you been listening in on my calls annoyed
I hear Ofcom are laying off staff in the thousands now the the Channels' TV feeds are so tame, having taken anything remotely titillating over to the web.
Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any further information on when the ladies are going to able to get naked again? I’ve heard it’s to about some idiot reporting Babestation to Ofcom because he was such a fan of S66. Whether or not that’s true I’m not entirely sure.
I think we’ve all gathered that more and more shows are going online, however not everybody wants that! The problem is the shows are so tame that it’s getting a joke! You can clearly see the girls are being told to tame the show’s down so much, that it’ll soon be not much point watching the channels anymore! Less viewers less calls which eventually mean bye bye babechannels for good.
If the babe channels won’t allow the girls to go naked, then the end of the channels are inevitable. I can still remember the good old days of how the channels used to be, unfortunately in 2020 they are a far cry from how good they used to be say 5-10 years ago! Sad but true.
Something urgently has to be done about this! If nothing happens then all online it will go, and if the tv babe channels cease to exist, then will they be able to sustain themselves online only? Who knows

I agree that something should be done. Perhaps someone could start a petition on one of those petition sites, stating that it's unfair for Ofcom to be targeting the babe channels in the way that they announced they were doing.
