The good thing about Babestation, the return of the handthong aswell as girl on girl proper interaction is that invariably it's bound to have a knock on effect which hopefully the rest of the channels will follow suit perhaps making this year 2013 the year that top's anything that has went previous.

This sounds awesome. I missed this. Do you have any other info SB? Was it Babestation1 on satellite? Need to find out a lot more about this new license... This could be excellent news...
For BS to actually make this announcement on-air is like finally making a point and standing up to the oppression we all face from the British state censor: OFCON... Just hope it materialises into something we want - more basic freedoms!!!

Not to sound like Scrooge, but what new license could they have obtained, that's any different than the one they used to have??
As far as 2-4-1s are concerned, well they've had plenty of nude sessions in the past, with licking and touching and even a bit more, and the handthong was used earlier in the year quite a bit.
My guess is that they might be messing with us, pretending as if there is infact a new special license, when infact there isn't, because it's the new year, and they can trick people. They still looked nervous as if being cautioned at times.
I just fail to see what this new license is, and what it will allow them, that we haven't already seen earlier this year, and in the past couple of years.
To me Tiffany just said that due to criticisms on this forum about their shows, I agree with the comment above what more can they do with a new license? We already see licking, sucking already
Only time will tell I guess but it seems unusual they would go to the bother of making such announcement re a new license... I have been looking but can't find any details about a new registration online...
Did anyone record this segment btw?

One word - bullshit!
The only 'new' license they could have is if they have swapped one of their Ofcom licenses for another dutch one, and let's be honest, the dutch licenses haven't made an awful lot of difference so far.
Maybe they are just going to push the boundaries with their existing dutch licenses a bit further and see how far they can go before hitting trouble, but other than that, I wouldn't get too excited. Sit back and take a reality pill!

I have to say I have a wry smile right now. Sadly as I was out last night I only caught the last five minutes of Tiffany Chambers and Lori Buckby naked together. Since Lori's return to Babestation, I have to say I always wanted to see these girls let loose on each other.
And with Tiffany performing like her old self as of late (regurlarly getting her knickers off or atleast round her ankles) and Lori (always naked full stop), the girls could produce something special together. Although their was no interaction last night you see could both girls bursting out in a fit of constant giggles and enjoying each other's company, which always helps the viewer and/or caller enjoy 2-4-1's that much more.
Hopefully this 'so called' new licence will make a difference as apart from Lori and Preeti's naked 2-4-1 (all oiled up together), there really hasn't been that many memorable to 2-4-1's on Babestation this year. It would nice to see some 2-4-1's, where the girls are atleast genuinely in to it and not thrown on screen together as other girls hog the air time on other channels. I'm not saying the girls always have to be naked together, but hopefully the new licence will allow the girls to loosen up the shackles abit now.
Let's hope too, that when we get 2-4-1's this year that both girls get a single phone together more often instead of regularly getting seperate phones. And Happy New Year to ofcom. They have finally all given a good news for once. Ofcom must of finally hired an exec that is into woman. Haha!

Any new licence granted will usually only been mentioned by a regulator a month or so after the licence is granted, they always seem to be a month or so behind in licence detail bulletins .
My guess is that munch1917 is right and if they have got a new licence then they will have probably replaced a Ofcom licence for another Dutch licence . Concerning not pushing things in the past with a Dutch, just remember that the same broadcast is shown on Sky and freeview, in the past either the Sky or freeview channels that broadcast the same channel has always been regulated in some form or other by Ofcom as well as NICAM , ie Sky Ch 906 is Dutch regulated and the channel on freeview that shows the same broadcast freeview Ch 172 is Ofcom regulated , so thay could not push things on Sky 906 that has a Dutch licence because the same footage was being shown on freeview with a Ofcom licence, so maybe they have got a Dutch licence for freeview Ch 172, so then both freeview Ch 172 and Sky 906 will not be under Ofcom's jurisdiction, but will be solely regulated by NICAM the Dutch regulator , whatever licence they have BS will still have to operate under UK TV laws but not Ofcom's teleshopping regulations .
There is also the fact that why should BS push things on the regular channels for free when they can charge a fiver for people to watch BSX encrypted, so you're not likely to see much more on the regular BS channels whatever licence they have because it could have a impact on revenue for BSX or pic/vids that people buy .

I agree with you that if you want more harder stuff then you're gonna have to fork out a fiver or £3 after 2am.
In my opinion Babestation seems to be in top spot with respect to the other babe channels and to me this clearly shows night after night. I do think the other channels are missing out because of the restrictions under Ofcom and whether the other channels can get a foreign license is anyone's guess, however the other producers must be pulling there hair out when they see there counterpart getting away with hand thongs etc etc.
So what will 2013 bring well I do believe the rules will have to be looked at, and I hope Ofcom will allow more leanancy regarding the current rules and regs. Well it just leaves me to say that I hope 2013 will be a great year for our beloved babe channels

They're probably filling out those complaint forms as we speak.
The rule is pretty clear in regards to the hand thong, so someone at the company finally decided to take some advantage of the Dutch licence and gave Lori the okay to start using it again. At the moment Cellcast are certainly laughing in the face of Ofcom in that regards.
