Erm, that's already been going on for ages, and it'll continue.
So this tit for tat goes on, when will the channels learn and in particular Studio66 who have been victim to ofcom hassle's before. Why and what does any channel have to gain out of all this. RLC will probably go oh well fuck you Studio 66, we'll get our revenge out on you. It's fucking pathetic, I hate a snitch.

Whatever happened to the days of well we'd better up our game, anything they can do, we can do better rather than going down this sucidal path.

Also why can't a model put on a sexy outfit during the day, I'd be very interested to know why ofcom deem it such a problem. Repeats of Baywatch are being shown during the day on one of the mainstream channels which is far more titillating than anything the dayshows have to offer.
Yes it is pathetic and ultimately why the end of the dayshows are just around the corner i'm afraid.

Ofcom are hell bent on enforcing the minority mindset that is the "sexualisation of children", which is a fkn myth in any case. Unfortunately, these channels, in the daytime for certain presently, are deemed a major threat to this.

It's just one, of many, ridiculous panderings this country bows down to the minority about (so called human fkn rights from those non-indigenous people of this country is the other major thing going on that really fkn annoys me too).
There are some good points there. 20 years unrestricted access to internet porn, and no explosion in sexual offences or disturbed children. It really would help if people responded to Ofcoms consultation on its annual plan - closing date is 5pm 22 Feb. I will be saying that Ofcom should regulate genuine offence and harm, rather than being a willing tool in trade disputes and anti competitive behaviour. That is not in the public interest or what Parliament set them up for. There are more important issues they concentrate their scarce resources on. It would not hurt to copy brief, polite responses to the House of Commons Culture, Media and Sport Committee.

I'd never complain about any channel (Not about the nudity or sexual content), or encourage anyone to, but many of us have evidence saved that could get these channels fined by Ofcom. Any producer that is snitching on someone else, is risking have some angry person here complain about them because of their snitching, and use their recordings to prove when intentional slips have been allowed, or other moments.

The producers should use better judgement and stop fighting with one another, despite ripe competition!
I think it's high time all the channel execs all got together and called for a ceasefire and to end this ridiculas competitive war that has been going on for years. With ofcom present it's a very dangerous game they are going down with this snitch mob mentality.

The reason Bangbabes TV had their licence revoked at the start of 2011 was down to these very tactics. Sure if RLC were to suffer the same fate then yes Studio 66 would have a surge in calls greater than it is at present, let's not bullshit about it. But then it would just be a waiting game before they then became the next ofcom victims.

Also on the note of even regulating these channels, why, for what purpose. They are supposed to be titillating, they were designed to be titillating, the clue is in the name. They are wank channels, sexline channels, whatever name you want to call them, they have no plot or storyline whatsoever to them.

People watch them and for one reason alone, how ofcom can even be bothered to regulate them in the first place is beyond me. So long as all the models are legal and have consented to doing this type of entertainment then that ticks all the boxes.

The channels are kept well apart from the mainstream channels. If it's not your cup of tea then don't watch them and don't fucking bitch about them either. I'm fucking pissed off with the amount of nonsense that has burdoned this type of entertainment since day 1.

That would be the common sense thing to do, but it isn't going to happen. They simply don't see the bigger picture, so the tit-for-tat war will continue until they've all gone out of business. Sadly, it's just the way it is.
Every complaint about a channel strengthens Ofcoms position against ALL channels. It enables Ofcom to state there have been so many complaints about adult channels in the past year/month and use that as a justification. We know they conveniently forget to say those complaints are not from the public.
