XFactor won't be fined, even though the producers should have known better than to allow her on stage in that outfit, and for letting her continue after she straddled Louis.

This is more than is allowed on the day shows for the babe channels BTW, and also something the night shows can be fined for, if a complaint is made.

I'm not offended by this, and I don't think it will harm anyone even before 9pm, but I find it more rude to allow this on XFactor than to allow it on adult channels.

Do I want them to be fined? Of course not.
Lol, have any of the babechannels approached Lorna Bliss to join them? No she wouldn't get to sing thankfully but it might give her the exposure her exhibitionist ego seems desperate for?Bounce
given what Red Light was doing last night according to a former night show girl, expect them to get an ofcom fine.

EXTREMELY tame from what I saw. Also, mentioning certain things here could attract the attention of Ofcom, so how about we send each other PMs instead Smile
Ofcom's latest broadcast Bulletin came out yesterday issue number 214, from what i can see just one babe show is mentioned , Ofcom announced that they have decided to launch a investigation into something broadcast by/on ChatGirl TV 2 on the 22nd of August , Ofcom don't say what they are investigating , ChatGirl TV 2 broadcasts on a Playboy owned and licensed channel, so if ChatGirl is found in breach Playboy will have to carry the can .

There was no mention of the out come of the investigation into Elite/Studio 66 for being either "in breach" or "not in breach", so i assume this investigation must still be ongoing . (the launch of this investigation was mentioned in a previous Ofcom bulletin)

I can't see any complaint made against any other babe channel apart from ChatGirl, there doesn't seem to be any complaints made about the babe channels that Ofcom don't think is worth investigating either .
Well anytime i was watching rlc last night it was really tame!

Unless ofcom are starting to fine channels for over dressing their girls....i think rlc are safe enough bladewave
If I were ofcom I would insist on naked shows allround from 11PM onwards, pussy must be shown too, new rules, if only Big Laugh

ChatGirl seems mainly to trade in foot requests as far as I can tell, so the mind boggles. Maybe Ofcom's objections are broadening/becoming more progressive?! I hope to Christ not!
