Perhaps the channels need to show Ofcom that they are adults and can behave as such so they won't be name calling all the time trying to get each other shut down.

It's always been the channels that got us in this mess they will need to grow up in order to get us out of the mess.
^I used to think that the the adult broadcasters were frightened to death of upsetting Ofcon. Now I'm of the opinion that they're just not very bright.
I don't hold out much hope of a change in their tack regarding fighting censorship.
^Yes I would agree that the people running the channels are not very clever
would a mass walk out CBB style by the babes themselves make the owners producer wake up and realise that they should finally
work together?
I think we are now past the point of just basic Channel snitching. Sure they never helped matters (especially Studio66) Rolleyes but lets me honest here Ofcom have never liked them. The only thing that Channel snitching ever achieved was speeding up the process. If the last few nights are anything to go by then the end is nigh for our once beloved Babe Channels Huh
^I believe the rules and regulations are unchanged from what babes can and can't do, so why are the studio channels so running scared. Their "adult" content at present is no more than an under 18 can witness on any foreign beach. From what you could expect a girl to show or perform even as little as 6 months ago bears no comparison to today's crap. Sort yourselves out or become a previously shown channel!
^Absolutely, I have lost all sympathy for the Channels. Authors of their own demise.
Funny how they brought about there own demise thanks you in particular to S66 May you rot for eternity
Out of context but what applies to more serious matters should to profane entertainment too

Quote:PM on Pope comments: 'There is a right to cause offence'
...
He said as long as publications acted within the law, they had the right to publish any material, even if it was offensive to some.

Let's have a see what all this fuss is about. It's a brand of programming aimed at extracting as much money from a gullible public as is possible with the basest of principles used by the makers. that principle being, feed them sexual titillation and they will pay what we ask. In the past when any censorship rules have been challenged, it's been done by whoever it was, because of their art more often than not, and the right for people to have access to it. The producers of adult tv have no such scruples. And as far as wanting them to challenge anything so they are allowed to show a pussy, is laughable.
In fact the opposite is true, why would they want a sexual tv free for all when they are involved in the lucrative pay to wank media, and all of which that entails.
I for one would lose no sleep, In fact I would gain sleep if the adult channels ceased in their present state over night. And if that was to happen then I'm sure that would leave the way open for some other type of adult TV to take it's place. Something that wasn't so mind-dumbing and fucking boring as today's offering. But as far as asking for the programme makers to do anything to make things change. then keep pissing into the wind.
