I am under the impression somebody is about to get fined as all the channels are playing it ultra safe at present. More double knickers than I have seen in many a month. As for the Gay Marriage thing it is fine for a couple of men or women to be seen kissing on BBC or SKY at lunchtime so why not on an adult show at say 1130pm?
if a channel is going to be fined, how would all the channels know about it?
As far as i know the only babe channel currently under investigation that could possibly be getting a fine is Studio 66, Ofcom launched this investigation way back in February and mentioned it in broadcast bulletin issue number 247 and dated the 3/2/2014 . This investigation is still ongoing i believe, no other babe channels are currently being investigated

The last babe channel to be found in breach was BS, back in February and that wasn't for anything the girls did, it was for advertising the BS website on screen that broadcasts unencrypted non age verified R18 content .

The last Ofcom broadcast bulletin came out a few days ago on the 31/3/2014, the babe channels don't get a mention at all, non were found in breach or new investigations launched, unless iv'e missed one i don't think any complaints were made to Ofcom at all concerning the babe channels, not even the ones that Ofcom asses but don't investigate .
The previous broadcast bulletin came out on the 17/3/2014, no babe channels were found in breach or new in investigations launched in that bulletin either, Studio 66 gets a mention when some one made a complaint concerning "scheduling" according to Ofcom, Ofcom didn't bother to investigate this complaint, it would surprise me if someone complained Studio 66 were still showing day shows after 9pm laugh .

This is the link to the latest and past Ofcom Bulletins concerning complaints, new investigations and in breach rulings etc .

So if nobody is being investigated why such risk averse output? Surely the producers aren't all wimps with a puritanical upbringing? The last slip I saw was on the Sochi ice rink...
Ofcom's latest broadcasting bulletin came out today, issue number 252 and dated 14/4/2014 .

Studio 66 TV Days has been found "in breach" on 4 separate date's, 2 were from last December and and 2 from January this year .
Iv'e only looked at the main head lines in the bulletin so far and havent gone through it all yet, here is the latest bulletin http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binarie...obb252.pdf

The night show overran by 8 minutes on the last of the 4 occasions, finishing at 05:38 instead of 05:30, which was said by Studio 66 to be down to the producer being taken ill and going home early. The other 3 incidents involved Ofcom taking a very dim view of Fernanda's day show appearances - and looking at the caps from those days I can see why they found Studio 66 to be in breach, as Fernanda's dress on those occasions wasn't exactly modest.
I thought something was afoot, as they end the night show nakedness at 5 now. I can't imagine it's a genuine complaint, just some busy body trying to feel important. Who'd turn on at 5.30 hoping for a cheeky chat and be outraged a boob was still out? Complaints should only count from unhappy viewers, not people who turn on just to find something to complain about.
Is there a definitive guide to what constitutes 'modest' daytime dress?
I would guess it mainly comes down to making sure nipples are covered, with regards to the top half, but what is to stop a skimpy bikini top that just covers the nipples and not much else. Is there a minimum percentage of exposure that has to be applied or does it just depend on what the adjudicator decides is 'common sense' as they feel like it on that day.
Fernanda, for example, when half covered will be showing a larger area of boob than some other smaller girls just wearing pasties (which is probably a no-no anyway).
I think if the adjudicator gets an erection, it's deemed wrong. But only after he's been for a toilet break.
