One of their Freeview channels has a Dutch licence (forgotten which one but mr mystery can no doubt fill us in) which they use to broadcast from 9 or 10 pm. The Ofcom Freeview channels can only start after midnight. It was this that Ofcom complained to the Dutch authorities about and got nowhere.
For some unknown reason Cellcast have so far not mirrored Sky 906 (Dutch) with their existing Dutch Freeview channel, instead using an Ofcom-regulated Freeview channel.
As I write this post I'm realising that in fact Cellcast are a bunch of idiots and having an additional Dutch licence on Freeview probably won't amount to a hill of beans. Why are they even bothering?
Cellcast are certainly an odd bunch, that's why we'll probably only see how much you can really get away if another babe channel ends up getting a Dutch licence.
Does anyone else recall how bs used to run its channels some years ago i remember there were seperate shows for freeview and sky,then they merged and the shows on sky were toned down to comply with freeview regs,perhaps the only reason for the new license is to standardise the output,bearing in mind since the announcement apart from the 241 the other night content has not dramatically altered apart from an ad showing Cherri topless on Tuesday night just after 9pm.

Until now i believe these are the BS channels on freeview with a Dutch license
Freeview Ch 174, is Dutch licensed, it starts at 11pm, (a hour before Ofcom rules allow babe channels to broadcast on freeview) and is used to broadcast BSX the encrypted channel after 11.30pm, but between the hours of 11pm to 11.30 pm it shows the same feed as Sky Ch 906 that is also Dutch regulated , they use this 30 min section that is non Ofcom regulated to mainly promote BSX telling people to press the red button on this channel. etc
Freeview Ch 173 is also Dutch licensed and starts at 10pm (2 hours before Ofcom allow babe channels on freeview to broadcast) it shows the same feed as Sky channel 909, 909 is Ofcom licensed .
You can tell which channels on freeview are Dutch licensed because they usually start before 12am .
Until now freeview channel 172 that starts at 12am and finishes at 5am was thought to have a Ofcom licence and shows the same feed as Sky channel 906 that is Dutch licensed, Sky 906 and freeview 172 is the channel that Tiffany announced had got a new licence, she didn't give any more details other than the girls can now touch and lick when doing 2-4-1's .
Also they have quite clearly emphasised on the mic on these 2 channels that the hand thong can be used again, Lori was on the mic talking to either Megan or Geri and telling her to look what i can do again and demonstrated the hand thong technique, as we know the girls under Ofcom rules can use the hand to cover themselves but cannot touch their lady bits while doing so or be seen to be rubbing or applying pressure etc , Lori is clearly touching and applying pressure and doing what Ofcom don't allow and has even boasted about what she can now do on the mic, this along with what Tiffany said seems to me to indicate that they have definitely got some type of new licence and probably a Dutch one for freeview Ch 172 .

Let's be honest here, with the selection of models that Babestation had last night we were never ever going to see the limits being pushed that much.
Incidently I fell asleep on the couch as soon as I got home after having been up since half four in the morning for work. Woke up at the back of 2, watched the shows for a few hours before going to my bed. Looks like I missed fuck all.
Last night they could have had rules as explicit as Sexysat TV only for it to yield no results. A tame model will always be tame irespective of what the rules and regulations are.
Tame shows followed by more explicit ones have always been the case even before ofcom started to put their foot down. This is also the case in the rest of Europe who don't have miserable censors like we do here in the UK.
So, was the new license used to good effect last night?
I didn't watch as I'm so despondent with the whole scene at present...

could not see much diffrence personally.
Camilla was great, but like others have said, there is no difference. They've done every type of handthong in the past, as well as in early and mid last year, so there's nothing new.
Unless they actually show uncensored full frontal, or get really naughty during nude 2-4-1s, nothing is new.
